Squads of 10-12 with 7 on the pitch - Tag rugby is played between teams of seven players, from a squad of up to 12 which must be made up with a minimum of 4 from each sex, with at least of two from each sex playing at once.  Substituted players can be re-used at any time. Substitutions may only be made when the ball is not in play, or at half time, and must always be with the referee’s knowledge

Please bring approp clothing and all players must wear studs.

Please come with a school first aider.
